Raw material mill products are mainly used for grinding of cement raw materials, also applies to the metallurgical, chemical, electric power and other industrial and mining enterprises for grinding all kinds of ore and other grindable material.
Raw material mill can be divided into ordinary raw material mill, air-swept mill, trail-discharging upgraded cycle mill and middle-discharging upgraded cycle mill.
Raw material mill usually uses edge transmission model. To-be-grinded material is continuously and evenly fed into internal body of raw materials grinding by feeding machine, and the motor led drives the tube body of the grinding mill to rotate through reduction gears. Firstly, material will spiral into the first internal grinding warehouse along with hollow axis; Secondly, under the friction force and centrifugal force generated by rotating of the mill body, the steel ball media and material will be lifted to designed height under centrifugal force, then the steel ball media and material will be crushed and grinded by steel ball when falling down; Finally, grinded products will be separated by the separation equipment, so unqualified items in the grinding system have to continue to go back to the mill for regrinding until they are qualified.
