Some Notices in the Maintenance:

The sand screening machine must be started without any material on the screen deck. Only when the machine is in the stable operation can the material be fed into it. Before the stop of the machine, feeding should be stopped. The sand screening machine can not be stopped until there is no material on the screen deck. The operation of the machine should be looked into usually. If there is some abnormal motion or noise of it, it should be stopped in time to be checked.
